Chard Métis Dene Group of Companies (CMD), formerly Chard Métis Dene Inc., our wholly-owned economic development entity, now has many partnerships working for the Nation.

Our strategy is to increase revenues by selecting partnerships in niche markets. In 2022, we had a 70% increase in revenue from 2021. Our strategy to be extremely selective of our partners and to pursue niche markets remains the same.

All these partnerships play a crucial role in the success of our social programs and have allowed us to sponsor community events, emergency relief for medical and bereavement, and even support post-secondary education for our members.
